Position Overview

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Media Sales Executive to join a high-energy team focused on multi-platform advertising solutions. This role blends traditional radio with cutting-edge digital offerings, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing creative ad campaigns, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate new business and meet quarterly revenue goals across both radio and digital

channels

● Create and deliver custom advertising solutions that combine on-air and digital assets

● Manage and grow relationships with local advertisers and existing accounts

● Develop compelling proposals based on research, client needs, and campaign insights

● Track and optimize digital campaign performance to ensure effective delivery and ROI

● Provide monthly reports and proof-of-performance documentation to clients

● Troubleshoot billing and invoicing discrepancies when needed

● Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and on-air talent

● Attend regular team meetings and training sessions

● Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

● Proven success in digital and/or broadcast media sales

● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., geo-fencing, OTT, SEO, behavioral

targeting)

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

● Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite

● Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

● Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
